If you think you may need prescription medicine please make an appointment with your doctor. If you have been given a prescription for a straightforward condition such as hay fever we may be able to issue a prescription after a telephone consultation. Please ask the receptionist for more details. Your local pharmacist should be able to give you advice for non-prescription medication.
You can order prescriptions a number of ways:
If you are already registered click here. You will be able to view a copy of the current repeat medication that has been authorised for you by your doctor.
If you would like to register for Patient Online Services to enable you to order your medication online, please contact the Surgery team who can assist you with the registration process.
Patients are advised that in order to activate and access your Repeat Prescriptions online photographic proof of identification will need to be presented in person at the practice.
If you have any issues or questions please refer to the Patient Frequently Asked Questions Guide. If you require further assistance please contact the practice who will be able to help.

You can request your repeat medication by indicating the items you require on the tear off slip of your prescription and posting it to us or handing it in at reception.
Alternatively if you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.
